About Us

LADOC is a 501 (c) 4, non-profit dog training organization that has been offering a variety of training classes, seminars, and special dog related evening to the Los Alamos community since 1951.

LADOC trainers have helped thousands of Los Alamos County dogs and their overs over the past 65+ years by providing a variety of classes to help owners  build a satisfying and fun relationship with their canine companions.  LADOC can help you train an obedient family pet and provide you and your dog some fun learning opportunities and mental stimulation with formal obedience, rally, Canine Good Citizen, trick dog classes, nose work and other fun classes.

LADOC members and trainers participate in a broad variety of competitive dog sports:  obedience, tracking, herding, dock diving, rally,  agility, barn hunt,  lure coursing, schutzhund, field and hunt tests, and nose work.  LADOC members and trainers are continually learning and improving their training methodologies and training techniques to keep up with the latest evolutions in dog training.

LADOC trainers have experience with many breeds and mixes of dogs.   Training is their passion.

LADOC is dedicated to the training of dogs and the promotion of responsible dog ownership
